6. Cookie Usage and Consent Management

To give you full control over your privacy, our Site uses a categorized cookie consent system. You can choose to Accept all, Reject all non-essential cookies, or customize your preferences at any time via the Manage Cookie Preferences link located in the footer of our Site. Please note that Strictly Necessary cookies are essential for site security and functionality and cannot be disabled.

  1. Necessary Cookies: These are essential for core site functions, security, and identity verification. We use them to store your privacy preferences, maintain secure authentication for our member area, and protect our site against malicious attacks. This includes security cookies provided by our infrastructure partner, Cloudflare, which help distinguish individual users behind a shared IP address to apply security rate-limiting and bot protection. These technical cookies are strictly necessary for the site to function and do not require prior user consent.
  2. Personalization Cookies: These remember your chosen settings and local preferences to provide a tailored experience. We use these to automatically detect your region to set the correct country code for our contact forms. Additionally, these settings are synchronized with Google services to ensure that any personalized features provided by Google on our Site respect your chosen preferences.
  3. Statistics Cookies: Provided by third parties like Google Analytics (Site Kit), these help us understand how visitors interact with the Site by collecting and reporting information anonymously. Even if you decline these cookies, we may collect anonymized aggregate data to improve our services—without identifying you personally—via cookieless pings that do not store or access information on your device.
  4. Marketing Cookies: These track activity across websites to help us deliver relevant advertising and measure the effectiveness of our campaigns. These settings directly control Google’s advertising signals.

7. Data Sharing

We may share your data with other companies in Our group (e.g., a holding company and its subsidiaries).

We may contract with third-party service providers to perform functions on Our behalf, such as payment processors, content delivery networks and security providers (e.g., Cloudflare), search engine facilities, and marketing agencies.

Where any of your data is required for such a purpose, We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data is handled safely, securely, and in accordance with your rights, the terms of this Privacy Policy, and the law.

We may compile anonymised statistics about the use of Our Site, including data on traffic, usage patterns, user numbers, and other information.

All such data will be anonymised and will not include any personally identifying data, or any anonymised data that can be combined with other data and used to identify you.

We may from time to time share such data with third parties such as prospective investors, affiliates, partners, and advertisers.

Data will only be shared and used within the bounds of the law.

In certain circumstances, We may be legally required to share certain data held by Us, which may include your personal data, for example, where We are involved in legal proceedings or complying with legal obligations, a court order, or a governmental authority.

8. Business Transfers

If We expand or reduce Our business, this may involve the sale and/or transfer of control of all or part of Our business. Any personal data you have provided will, where it is relevant, be transferred along with that part, and the new owner will, under the terms of this Privacy Policy, be permitted to use the data for the purposes for which it was originally collected by our Company as part of our standard business operations.

  • Reading History: You can clear your viewed articles history at any time within your account settings.
  • Bookmarks: You can manually remove saved posts from your library.

10.2 Google Account Data & Deletion

If you signed up using Google OAuth, you can revoke our access to your data at any time:

  • Revoking Access: Visit your Google Security Settings and remove “NMORE” from your list of connected apps.
  • Account Erasure: Revoking access via Google does not automatically delete your local profile on Our Site. To fully erase your name, email, and local avatar file from our servers, you must also submit a formal deletion request to legal@nmore.com. Upon account deletion, our system automatically triggers a cleanup process to permanently remove your local avatar image file from our server storage.

If you are not successful, we may retain your CV and contact details for a period of up to 12 months to consider you for future opportunities, after which they will be deleted during our periodic data reviews, unless you request their immediate erasure.
