Xbox is doubling its game pass price for PC next week

Microsoft has confirmed that the price for Xbox Game Pass for PC will rise by $5 (from $4.99 to $9.99). This will come to action on September 17th.

Members that subscribed before the 17th of September will pay the $4.99 rate throughout the next billing cycle. You will not have to pay $9.99 on the 17th of September again.

Do not be disappointed, $9.99 is still a great bargain for the Xbox Game Pass for PC. You will have any game developed by Microsoft for free on its release date. Discounts on third-party game publishers such as Sega and Bethesda. Moreover, you can try games you would likely never buy.

Microsoft also has a deal to include EA Play as part of the Xbox Game Pass for PC subscription. So you will have access to many games published by Electronic Arts such as Mass Effect, The Sims 4, and Battlefield V. You will also be able to try out games like FIFA 21 for 1- hours.

If you own an Xbox One along with a gaming PC, you should consider the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription for $14.99. You will have access to over 200 games for Xbox One. You automatically get Xbox Live Gold which allows you to game online, have party chats, etc. On top of all that, if you own an android device you will be able to use Microsoft’s cloud gaming service xCloud.
