Coronavirus has killed over 200 people in China, and infected nearly 10,000 worldwide. It has been declared a global public health emergency. The first mandatory CDC quarantine, in the last 50 years, in the US was triggered and bans on foreign nationals coming back from China was also deployed. Many airlines were suspended from entering the country as well, so no wonder Apple started closing buildings.
Chinese factories, run by Foxconn, will also be shutting down and more workers were dismissed. Nintendo is also suffering from the impact of the Coronavirus according to the Kyoto Shimbun. Only Apples online store will remain open.
