Its official, Google Cloud Print, which is used to easily print things from the web using Google Chrome (even using printers without internet connection), will be printing for the last time on December 31st, 2020. It was a useful service; it works on desktop and mobile. An interesting fact is that Google Cloud Print is still at the beta stage of development, even though is was launched in 2010.
In a document supplied by Google, it Is recommended to use the Chrome OS printing experience. If you are using a different OS, then it is recommended to use its respective platform.
Google has given us more, than a year’s notice before it shuts off the service. There is no known reason for this action.
